Eve was so grateful the doors to the pharmacy part were opened. She took the opportunity to snag some painkillers and also grabbed a soda to down them with. Just as she took another swig from the sodabottle, the lights flickered. She frowned and looked at the others. The sounds of the door opening made her frown get deeper.
The lights dying made her let out a soft meep. She then made a move for the car. If something was in here and things were dark, she didnt want to stick around.

Its obvious the dog senses something, his barking gets louder and he strains against Suri’s grip, trying to plunge into the darkness at whatever unseen monsters lurk there, you all glare into the darkness and you are sure something -IS- there, watching, you can feel is, the hairs prickling on your neck, the walking over ones grave feel…
A soft grunt can be heard from within the store yet nothing emerges, as though whatever lurks there dare not or chooses not to step outside…
Barks echo through the streets….

Bravery is not Ono's strong suit, his thought are playing hopscotch. Should he open fire, should he enter the store or should he do what always worked in the past...get away.
He can see that the dog has his mind set on whatever is in there.
"Fuck this..." he changes the song of his Ipod to something more fitting. *Break stuff - Limp Bizkit*
He takes a step towards the store, opening a round of fire. Than awaits what happens...

The sound of the gunshot seems to trigger a chain of events that are not probably in your best interests…
At first the sound simply echoes through the streets, then odd sounds can be heard in the distance, guttural growling sounds mixed in with odd screams, not screams of terror but screams similar to that of a war cry. The window to the store the explodes, causing shrapnel to burst out in an arc, though luckily nobody is seriously injured from the glass, however the dog does get injured when a shelving unit lands on top of him, causing the hound to cry in pain as the sounds of bones crunch, leaving the poor dog half paralysed and pinned between the unit and the car, the second unfortunately incident is Suri was partly in its path and gets clipped with the tail end of the unit, throwing her back into a heavy slam onto the cold concrete… though still conscious her right shoulder and arm scream at her in pain…
Sounds of something else being picked up in the darkness can be heard, this time torn from its hinges no doubt by the sound of scraping of metal and breaking of wood…

She feels Julien pull, tugging her forward slightly. She frowns. The barking continues but the dog doesnt seem to take off for the shadows. For a moment she's relieved that Julian's not bolted off, though the sound of Ono begining to shoot causes her to loose that tiny sence of relief she felt.
Half-heartedly she lets go of Julien's coller and raises her weapon, there's no way she's letting him do this on his own.
With hurried steps she makes her way almost to Ono's side, keping herself one step behind him. Gun aimed, if she has to shoot she'll be ready. She takes a shaky breath hoping she won't have to pull the trigger. She hoped Julien has not taken off but she can't turn to watch him not, she's got to make sure if whatever's in the shop is less that human it doesnt make its way past the threshold.
'Someone shut the door of the car!' she yells. Odette's in there and she's not planning on loosing all her animals tonight.
She waits, and hopes.

The gunfire made her cringe and cower in the car. She tried covering her ears but with only one hand readily available, it was hard.
"Lets just leave!!!"
She yelled to the others. Her heart nearl broke as she heard the loud yelp of the dog. She had no knowledge of how to fix injuries so she hoped the poor animal was not badly wounded. Another human was easier to take care of, since they could mostly point out the place that hurt.
She prayed nothing would come out from the store and just eat them all. But at the same time that was what she feared might happen. The dark pressed in on them all and she was scared. So scared.
